That's true gin she is trying to understand herself so she can follow along clearly and lead the conversation. I see this issue with other interviewers especially on a rich and complex topics.

I believe dreaming is first. Dream gives you the energy to believe that you can. Ethiopia needs to learn to say “I can “ our problem is saying I can’t and it’s not possible. Any thing is possible.

Is it because, they are not against what Dr Mihret is talking about? Do you know what his educational background is? He explained about both then he went on to talk about what he actually believes. I am sorry but Dr Mihert is such an amazing man who gives back to the community in many ways. God bless you

Senait yemanne Darling, think with your mind, not with your eyes! I have never dis him or disrespect him one bit. Like most Ethiopian, don’t be a sheep. Just because he is highly educated, it’s does not necessarily mean he is always right. As you said, he is an amazing person who gives back to his people etc.... but he is not perfect! None of us are! You make it looks like as if I was judging him or whatever, but I was not. As I said, I was sharing my knowledge! Btw, do you know what my educational backgrounds are??? NO! I was not talking outta my backside! I might not be famously helping people or sharing my knowledge however, I am as educated as he is. God bless you too!

No I dont know your educational back grounds. I am glad you are as educated as he is. When you start sharing your knowledge, it will be more for us. If my comment was upsetting or offensive, I truly apologize for it. That was not my intention at all.
when you say helim, it sound you are referring to a dream in sleep; but I know you mean a long term plan and program? you are using the concept of dream from the English lexicon and you brought that to Amharic. so hilm is a mismatch translation . next time, for your topic with in the context of Ethiopian culture

I am completely against his suggestions that dream cannot be created??? Dream could be created based on one life experiences. What a child manage to dream and what that child dream as an adult are completely different . The way we live, our childhood, our experiences/ good or bad, tends to change what we are dreaming!

He is talking a complete bullock. He is giving his own opinions, there is not even one link to theory etc I am not dissing him but in most cases I found his explanation based on a personal belief or views. The one thing I noticed is, in Ethiopia you can be famous and believable for nothing, just talk constantly linking things from your own perspectives. There are a very deep theoretical meaning to dream that linked through mind and childhoods. Dreams tends to get more difficult and complicated if the person has a traumatic past. First, he should divide the kind of dreams people go through, each has its own meanings. I have to find out more his educational background. I know he is a dr, just wondering what kind of dr he is, psychiatrist or general practitioner???? Btw, I like the participants in the audience more than the dr. They are making more sense!
