白蘿蔔 400克、鮮香菇 60克、香菜 15克、
中筋麵粉 70克、太白粉 70克、
食油 3湯匙、麵包糠 適量、
鹽 ½茶匙、糖 ¼茶匙、胡椒粉 ¼茶匙、
