Today I am sharing very old and traditional satuche pith recipe.This pith or atta is mostly prepared during nagpanchmi in vidharbha region of maharashtra.It is also prepared during summer as it's act as a cooling agent.With this recipe I have also shared the recipe of high protein and high fibre satuche ladoo. साहित्य (१ किलो गव्हासाठी):
१ किलो गहू
१/२ किलो चणा/हरभरा डाळ
२५० ग्राम फुटाणे
१/२ इंच सूंठ
१ जायफळ
२५ विलायच्या
२ मोठे चमचे जीरे
सोबत गूळ,पाणी,दूध,मीठ खाण्याकरिता
Ingredients(as per video):
1.Satuche Pith
250 gm Whole wheat
125 gm chana dal
70 gm roasted chana
little dry ginger
little nutmeg
10 - 12 cardamom
1 spoon cumin seeds
For Serving:
Jaggery,Water or Milk,Cardamom Powder,Pinch of salt
2.Ladoo
1 Cup Satuche Pith
1/4 cup jaggery
1/4 cup ghee(or more)
cardamom powder
pinch of salt
cashews and almonds
