i think 70% david is the murderer. IT's such big coincidence that all of two maids and one other person and their daughter is out. It happened that night his wife fell and died? Come on, it's not possible.

Must be“David was the murderer (because he has been dead yet)”and "...one other person and their daughter WERE out" (here is just some little grammar corrections,ha ha,excuse me)。Btw,I basically entirely agree with your opinion regarding his wife’s wounds on head (which caused the fatal injury), as the only once fall at the bathroom could literally and logically NOT make a“crossed”wound but just possibly and merely the horizontal one.

@@stoneforest7897 Anytime,ah ha,you are very welcome my beloved friend! And what's more,I am also for your point of view in relation to the topic. As far as my reasons are concerned, please read the (edited) latter of my last reply. 🥂 Cheers.
I need to correct some of your statements or misunderstandings--first, your statement that the appeals court sided with the jury's judgment that David was guilty but only ruled on "technicalities". You should know that under American law, the appeals court does NOT have the power to overrule or even question the jury or judge's FACTUAL decisions (including decision about guilt), only whether the relevant law or correct legal instructions and rules were applied during the trial. Therefore the judge on the appeals court panel reviewing this case was just stating the limitations of their court's power, not hinting or otherwise saying his or the appeal court's opinion of the defendant's guilt--that would probably violate judicial ethics (and possibly inappropriately influencing potential jurors and/or witnesses). The second misunderstanding you seem to have is HOW to find someone guilty of a criminal offense under American law--this is a very high standard known as "beyond a reasonable doubt," and commonly explained by experts to mean something around a 95-99% certainty that the defendant is guilty. If you merely think David "probably" did it, but there are reasonable alternative explanations (slip and fall in the bathroom due to illness), then you CANNOT vote guilty, because there WAS a reasonable doubt or alternative explanation for the death here. The doubt has to be very small and dismissible, in other words, the alternative has to be very unlikely or the prosecution has to have a very strong case without an alternative, for you to properly vote guilty under American law. The American criminal justice, if properly working, has strong protections for the defendant, because in a democracy, it's vitally important that the government's power to deprive you of your life, liberty, or property without due process (protections) must be limited. This explains the dictum that "you're presumed to be innocent until PROVEN guilty (by the prosecution)" in the US, as opposed to the CCP Chinese system of "presumed guilty until pronounced guilty". Based on your presentation in this clip, I would vote "not guilty". It doesn't mean that I don't think he didn't kill his wife, but just that I don't think there's enough evidence (beyond a reasonable doubt) that he did it. Not guilty doesn't mean "innocent" (another common misunderstanding--the two are not interchangeable), only insufficient evidence. IMO, the prosecution failed to provide strong enough evidence on the motive, alleged murder weapon, or even manner of death. It would've been a waste of time and money for the prosecution to keep trying a WEAK case like this (and they did FIVE times already!).

Well said! I totally agree. With that being said, I believe the KZitemr merely stated (paraphrase) "I suspect he did it" instead of "I think the jury did the wrong thing."
I slept about 2 days because I've got cold. This morning I feel a bit better and 1st thing was turn on Mr. BOK's channel. 😊 All the suspicious pointed to the husband, like you said that no one knew what exactly the real reason between the couple.😢
