Well done Sigma for putting these together. Unlike the terrible soaps and reality celeb tv that we have to dodge every week, I’d happily watch more of these. A big round of applause from me 👏👏

A timely "dig in the ribs" from Colin Prior at the end, regarding what a world-class landscape that is. I live an hour and a half away and don't go there nearly enough! That's definitely going to change.

Stunningly beautiful , thank you gentleman for not only sharing such amazing landscapes but also sharing your feelings & need to experience such wonders & photograph them. I cannot tell you the joy I receive from watching this type of video. Its highly unlikely that I will ever get to photograph this beautiful landscape but I will enjoy photographing what I can when I can.

Agreed. As I delve deeper into landscape photography I'm coming to realise it's like photographing wildlife; the more you understand your subject and its behaviour, the better the shots you're likely to achieve.

What a great series, like the photographic equivalent of Gone Fishing! Two master photographers together, I could watch hours of this...

Interesting that you say that - we actually used Gone Fishing as a model for the format of this. Glad that's come across! Thanks for the comment!

Joe's image wins it for me. He has filled the frame with that fantastic light and really embraced the atmosphere of the place. I love Colin's image too because of the contrast between the cool shady foreground and the warmth beyond. Again, a delight to see these two masters swap thoughts. Well done Sigma.

This is like Mozart and Beethoven having a blether. Two artists sharing a passion for a location and remarkable skill, but with different styles and approaches. Joe Cornish really is the master of "taming the complex". Look at the way those grasses and rocks form an s-curve leading your eye into the picture and eventually towards the cloud-shrouded Cul Mor on the left, before you're inevitably attracted to the peak of Stac Pollaidh and then head down the RH slope before coming full-circle. Colin Prior is of course the master of panoramas. Would be interesting to know why he chose a vertical shot on this occasion. Lens choice perhaps, driven by the need to showcase those two particular lenses?
