This month I am leaning into structured procrastination for my productivity more and more. Using procrastination as a tool. Sounds counterintuitive. But as someone with ADHD, forming habits is extremely challenging. However, making structured procrastination the habit rather the tasks proves to be the way to be more productive with the important tasks, the tasks that lead to the life, the way of being I intend as well as bigger goals. AND one big aspect is it takes the shame and guilt out of it, which is huge

The first new habit I would like to instill is waking up each morning and beginning my day by reading or listening to material that is empowering. As it is, like many, I reach for my phone and begin reading the news. I don't need to tell you how this disempowering habit can put your mind in a negative mental state from the get go each day.

Watching your beautiful face tell me to celebrate coming back to a habit......instead of beating myself up for dropping the habit ...makes me feel good
