I am sure he can make hard, ghee-based Mysorepak. That is a big skill. 1. There is a limit to the batch size, which depends on the size of the oven's fire (heat) output. 2. When the Mysorepak is done, one gets a window of just a few seconds, to pour it onto the tray.
