This logo combo was seen behind a lot of TV shows distributed by Saban International worldwide (read: outside the United States) on Fox Kids/Jetix cable channels and elsewhere from the late 90s onward. Including, of course, Inspector Gadget, which is what I remember it best from. The Saban logo variant originated in 1996, and was initially seen alone on a number of series, Gadget among them. After the CG-animated Fox Kids logo got introduced a few years later, it was gradually added to many of Saban's TV prints.
The particular print I'm sharing of the logos here comes from a place I never expected to see them in: BCI's American NTSC DVD set of "Dungeons and Dragons"! Clearly, BCI used prints made for Saban's foreign distribution of the series. The D&D DVDs have the best "native" NTSC presentation I've seen of these logos quality-wise, so I wanted to try my hand at a high-quality encode. I deinterlaced the video to progressive footage in 59.94 fps (since I noticed a fair bit of the animation was actually done in this framerate, especially the rotating Fox Kids logo), and uprezzed the resolution to try avoiding some of KZitem's compression. Here are the results.
