Recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Sabudana, soaked for 6-8 hours in water (just about soaked level)
2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/2 cup roasted peanuts, ground coarsely
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh roasted cumin
1-inch ginger, grated
Juice of a lemon
Salt to taste
Handful of fresh coriander
1 cup hung yogurt
Pink salt to taste
Roasted cumin powder
You need to:
Combine soaked Sabudana, 1/2 of the crushed peanuts, mashed potatoes, green chilies, salt, cumin, ginger and lime juice together in a bowl. Make small tiny balls and deep fry until golden.
Combine hung curd with leftover crushed peanuts, salt & cumin and serve alongside tiny vadas.
