I'm feeling low How I got here I'll never know My heads a mess This building hopelessness I'm feeling low Caught in a grip of emptiness I can't escape This darkness drags me down And tries to consume me I'm feeling low How much farther can I go I feel the end One step away from death I'm feeling low Why do I feel this way Never felt so victimized The daily persecution Comes from my own mind The onslaught of self-doubt Invades me once again I need a ray of hope To avert the bitter end How could I get so down Must pull myself back up Too easy to give in No way I'll give up I've got to turn it around And get myself set straight Got to keep my head up Before it's all to late I'm feeling low

They don't play this track live. I really don't understand, that just let me down... Best Sacred Reich song ever.

it's probably because most of all their other songs are not tuned the same as this

I agree with you that this song shows just a bit more texture & maturity than the bands prior work and I think the reason for that is because in early 1996 when this album was released, they were starting to head in a different direction musically slowly progressing and deviating from their thrash roots. Only problem is they quit making studio records after this point so we never really got to see where they would go musically, which they probably wouldn't have been "as thrash" after Heal.

Could have/Should have used this to become mainstream acts back then. Has probably been an attempt to "succeed" (even the lyrics underline that) just as many other bands which rode the grunge wave, had done. Or made the scene even. Of course, not undeservedly so. Then SR would not have hung up their instruments for such a long period, maybe... This stuff is by far as good or exceeding the quality of music that was put out by the big "winners" of that scene...and not too compromising. Some of them could make more than a decent living...unless they died... 20 years ago the situation was quite different than now.

sr as thrash awesome,,,,sr as grunge? not happening, I hated when the likes of SR and flotsam and jetsom tried to conform to what was popular at the time, turn ur back on your fans and your fans take away your longevity
