Hello, this is the verdict of your civilization, your America, its elites, "Do you even understand what you've done?"- this is Putin. Not to say that they live very richly in Russia, but they live with dignity, and there are no beggars at all. So far, resources are being shipped to America for dollars, but right now there is a rejection of the dollar and soon no one will give you anything. Hunger, banditry, work for food are waiting for you. Run who can to countries where there are resources and there is at least a little social justice in society, Russia, Brazil, Australia..

In 2008 I was homeless for 3 months and within that three month, I learnt the toughest lesson of my life, I feel grateful for who have become today, because I truly have taken advantage of the America dream. It has always been hard in this country I will say -- supposedly the land of opportunity -- for those starting with less to make it. Homelessness has been a longstanding issue in the United States, with varying estimates of the number of homeless individuals and families at any given time. The federal government and individual states have implemented various programs to address homelessness and provide assistance to those in need I will say, if only they are aware and know how best to take advantages of this benefit, even with been homeless always stay inform and make research it helps a lot. One such program is the Continuum of Care (CoC) program, which is administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The CoC program provides funding to local communities to support a range of services for homeless individuals and families, including emergency shelter, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing. To access these benefits, individuals typically need to meet certain eligibility requirements, which may include income limits, residency requirements, and other factors. The application process can vary depending on the program, but generally involves filling out an application and providing documentation to verify eligibility. While government grant benefits can provide important support to individuals experiencing homelessness, addressing the root causes of homelessness, such as poverty, lack of affordable housing, and mental health and substance abuse issues, remains a complex and ongoing challenge. If you need help, don't hesitate to ask for it? Reach out to the right individual and organization if necessary!

I've stayed at homeless shelters before. If there's one thing I learned, people take advantage of the system and nothing gets done about it. Everything comes so easily to them, that they don't want to leave. When they earn money, they blow it all irresponsibly, because they always have a bed and food waiting for them. As for those who sleep outside in warm weather, charities drive around to make sure they have what they need. All of this assistance which is given "for free," only serves to enable people to remain in dysfunctional situations. We need a charity system that requires that people earn their keep. They should need to do some kind of work, in order to continue to get food and a place to sleep. Otherwise, they just spend their money on drugs and alcohol.

The amount of people who are Homeless in USA shocked me for life. I have travelled to many countries including those in Africa. I have never seen so many homeless people like those in the USA compared to the rest of the countries combined. The problem is that American families dont really support each other much or at all. I have seen a mother crying on the streets because her daughter kicked her out of the house and now she is homeless. The elderly are thrown in retirement homes. Teenagers are kicked out of homes or are made to live in basements after 18 and some even before. Many people dont even know who there relatives are, never met them, or lost in touch. This is something that I only witnessed in the USA. Its the American life style social structure at that is causing such suffering. Please take care of your family, loved ones, friends, even strangers. Love each other. Please.

This is what I heard from a young lady . She mentioned our leaders in USA try to be the world heroes but none of them know how to help own citizens like me. One day i was a happy girl like your daughter and went to church every Sunday until tragedy happened. I lost my parents when I was 19. I lost and didn’t have any one who could help me. My family was poor and not living like others. Hardly paid apartment rent every months. I kicked out of apartment. I lost another place where I thought have every memories of my parents. I screwed and trust one man who I thought care about me after 8 months slept on brown ground. He gave me happy cookies and later he brought me to enjoy his life using xxxx. Now it has been 5 years since I addicted to it. I don’t know where I am . Why and how I arrived to Texas? I heard the leaders help me but they made money out of us. We are homless without the voices to heard. One day in Mississippi my home town thought police officer come help me but he paid me for his own . I run to earn money to live . No one stand up help me until meet one who I thought he loves.I was a happy girl long ago . I tried to help her and take to shatter but she scared because they put with full pain. This is our country. We are same and we must stand up now before it goes far.

The United States is more concerned about war. There are also subverting other countries. I also like hypocritical publicity to care about human rights and freedom of other countries. Then the US government does not care about the people of their country

@@swolfe9668 STFU I can't wait for the vast majority of middle class and upper middle class to be priced out of living. I'm gonna love watching the shock on y'all's faces when you find out that there is no help, and you don't have choices. The whole country needs an attitude adjustment. I say that as a divorced parent who lived out of a car with small children while working 60 hours a week...I can't wait.

My family has tried endlessly to help people start a new life and get off the streets, starting with our own family members. Trouble is lots of people have personality disorders, and are unable to take instructions. So nowadays I see people on the street as very bold and perhaps overly independent, while the ones who will bend to the will of supervisors and customers are the meek ones. Having kids usually makes us bold folks more than willing to kiss ass and pay through the nose for next to nothing.

I don't have any kids and I'm bold as fuck. I receive a substantial portion of my income in dividends and interest so I'm in a position where I don't have to take any shit from anyone off my job. However, the people who depends on a job as they sole source of income are the ones who kisses their bosses ass because that job is all they have between keeping them off the streets.

I am from South East Asia and i travelled throughout S.E Asia and nothing look like this. Indonesia and Phillipine are countries with people still living in poverty but even they have better standard of living than this. They struggled hard to make a living as low as 1usd per day but still working hard day in day out doing whatever work they can. These people in this video just look like they give up on life already.

Sadly this video is nothing compared to the skidrow of Philadelphia, Those Homeless are So Drugged Out In Those Videos they Look like the Zombies off The Walking Dead, They literally Stagger On The Side Walks And The Police Just Drive By Them Like They are Invisible, Aslong as they aren't stabbing each other the cops don't care what they do

Can't blame them. Once your homeless in America it's hard to get out of it. A lot of people on the street here have mental/physical illnesses and possible drug addictions. They really can't get a job that easily and even if they got nothing wrong with them physically or mentally. Nobody's gonna hire a homeless person
