The parallels between the way this brother died and George Floyd are striking. However, I'm sad to say that the level of condemnation and outrage will be no where near as prominent because an African's life is seen as the least valuable on the planet. If we had leaders that had our best interest at heart, the Nigerian government would demand an enquiry into the death of the brother. However who would listen to a government that practically orchestrates the genocide of its own citizens? Not only that but unfortunately we regular Africans bear some responsibility for how we are perceived because we do not love each other enough or demonstrate that we cherish life. I see Africans all the time doing their very best to distance themselves from their roots.... religion, relationships, adopting European standards of beauty etc. IMO this is why non blacks find it very easy to abuse Africans because generally we are seen as not having any self dignity and pride and are therefore they are able get away with it. @@masterthunder8391: No problem. Just pay us our reparations for slavery and the destruction you caused in Africa through the war you caused and colonialism and the theft of materials and artefacts etc and all Africans should then have no right to reside in Europe and be returned home. And all of the non Africans on the continent should get the hell out of there...... especially the ones in the north and the south of Africa. Ok? Africa for Africans.
