Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Pineapple -1 1/2cup
Banana-1 small
Grapes-15
Chilli Powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Salt-
Curd-8tbsp
Curry leaves-
Water-3/4cup
Coconut Oil-3tbsp
Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
Dry red chilli-4
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp(extra)
Grated Coconut-3/4cup
Cumin seeds-1/4tsp
Green chilli-2
Sugar-2tbsp
Method
Cut pineapple into small pieces ..
Cook pineapple along with chilli powder,turmeric powder ,salt and water in a pressure cooker for 4 whistle .
Then transfer into a heavy bottomed vessel and add banana pieces .
Close and cook for another 5 minutes .
In between grind coconut along with cumin seeds ,green chilli and water ..
When the banana is cooked add ground paste and boil.
Then add crushed mustard seeds ..add sugar and mix well .
Now add whipped curd and mix .
Then turn off the fire ..
Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds ,dry red chilli and curryleaves .
Pour this to the pachadi and close the vessel .
After 10 minutes mix well.
Check the taste .
