She wants act as a professor and makes things sound more complicated than what they are. Good pros can explain complicated things in a simple and clear way without fancy words.

Great talk, good speaker. Only shame the camera man is so daft, zooming in on the face of the speaker, while she is explaining a complicated chart! D'oh!

I looked up quadrant theory that the speaker mentioned and came out none. Perhaps it is a fancy way describing the way wind naturally behaves squeezing through 2 gyrating high and low pressure systems which then hasten down along the gradient lines as depicted in the synoptic weather chart. I think that is the bulk of what quadrant theory is all about and much ado with locality where is might be used for analysis. Different areas around the world, different shorelines and topographic features, so much to think about as to how locally a high or low pressure system will behave over these entities be it land or sea. Hope this help someone who might be scratching head just like my goodself. Great food for thought.

The main challenge for her to to work on is slowing down the rate of her speech, and then modulating it and introducing dramatic pauses, so it sounds more dynamic instead of monotone. It mainly sounds like one gigantic run-on sentence without commas
