DiC Entertainment (now known as Cookie Jar Entertainment) was the one who ran the first two seasons of Sailor Moon in the mid 1990s, and Cloverway, Inc. ran the third and fourth seasons in the early 2000s in North America. I remember Cookie Jar did the Sonic cartoons, Street Sharks, and Extreme Dinosaurs complete series on DVD and Blu-ray. DIC translated Sailor Moon into English language.

Actually, it was Optimum Productions that ruined Sailor Moon. DiC published it, but was forced to change Zoisite into a tomboy because parents in the 90s didn't think gays would be a good influence to younger audiences. It was a different time after all, so we weren't used to Japanese stuff and gay culture as we are now. The younger audiences that should watch Sailor Moon are young boys, not little girls. If there's anything to blame for ruining our childhoods, it's the censors and their strict policies.
