Not enough people are watching this type of real analysis of the ups and downs of coaching in the NFL. Just real, honest, and genuine conversation - but most importantly knowledge, experience, sympathy, and credibility about the subject matter. Not like the bullshit emotional ratings driven media. These are three guys that competed and hated the Jets for many years, yet all they have to say is how sympathetic they are to the situation that Saleh found himself in. This is what every sports show should be like - real, intelligent, and human. Less media drivel from morons who have no idea what they are talking about and more of this, please.

I swear no one in the NFL actually appreciates the simple fact that someone has to lose. You can have two teams with great culture and everything else, but only one is moving on. I knew Rodgers going to the Jets was going to end up bad. Saleh may not have won games because Zack Wilson was there but at least they had a descent culture but no one can be held accountable cuz Rodgers pretty much took all the power away from the coaches and management because he has to ok everything. If I was the coach I wud rather have a less talented player than one who completely upends the structure of the team and believe in the process that the team can get better. I know that u gotta be able to put up with stuff from players but there are really only a few players who have enough talent to stay in the league when the mess up the team like Aaron or maybe AB did

Mike Macdonald and Grubb are good coaches. For some reason the Hawks start slow and have forever. I like Geno can bring us back but K9 getting the ball 5 times on run plays yikes. Slow start K9 had 80 total yards. As a player, I used to try and really run in warm up so my second wind would come sooner. Football is not set up that way. I played top level rugby that meant for me 80 minutes. I don't know how anyone comes off the bench in the 3rd or 4th quarter. Another football thing. I love football just not a couple of things
