My research and coaching work promotes the HEALING and recovery of emphatic and self-differentiated women leaders who have been SCAPEGOATED in their personal and professional lives. By examining the historical scapegoating of women who do not reflect prevailing GENDER NORMS, we are able to assess today's social dynamics that continue to limit and silence women leaders. In this video I take a fresh look at the Salem Witch Trials and consider what lessons can be applied as we promote more EQUITABLE spaces for women leaders to work, live, and thrive.
