To add one more thing on the niching, it does allow for everyone as professionals to focus on one area and staying in that lane will make them less susceptible to distractions. As Salesforce continue to grow and add more functions, specialization in narrow fields will be more common and being too general too early is not the best strategy. Like do you focus on cars or Teslas? Salesforce CRM or Salesforce Apex/Flows? The niching down also makes it easier to describe what specific actions you’d be doing.
