Love your videos. My tractor was seeping Rim Guard also. My dealer said it was common and recommended increasing the air pressure in the rear tires. I bumped it up 5 psi and the weeping reduced. I bumped it up 5 more psi and it has stopped completely.

Never let anybody tell you it can't be done. The only part that I can get for my old Sears Craftsmen tractor is a seat....yet, I just used an old patio chair and it bolted right up . Didn't even have to drill new holes. Final thought : The famed astronaut "Buzz "Aldrin once said ; "We went to the moon because we didn't know that we couldn't " Food for thought.

Thank you for the video, that upgrade will definitely be on my short list. And yes I have had the same issue with my left rear tire, it looked the same as yours. Acted like it was leaking all the way around the bead but never lost any real volume of beet juice.

Hey G Money. Thanks for watching. I think this is a great upgrade for these machines. It was more annoying that the salesman just didn't know what he was talking about. Luckly it's a cheap enough and easy upgrade. I'm glad to hear my tires aren't the only ones doing it. It has done it since it was basically new. I've got about 22 hrs on the machine and it occasionally still leaks some out.

As for the cup holder... I'm gonna need a place to put my beer. And while we're at it , empty the tool box and fill it up with ice and more beer. In fact , I turned down a purchase on a super comp dragster 'cause it didn't have a cup holder. ( for my beer ) LOL.

One of the first things I did to my 2515H is remove that plastic tool box and replace it with a $19 metal one from Harbor Freight. One that is large enough to actually fit a wrench and a hammer in it. Glad you were able to get the arm rests. Personally I was excited that mine did not have them. I am one of those odd ducks that tend to hate arm rests.

@kencramer1697 Hey Mr Ken. No worries. Arms rest arnt for everyone. My old Ford doesn't have then and arnt offered for it. The tool box is going away in a future video. You can't fit nothing of use in the one they Include. Way too small. Thanks for being here

Hey Mr Todd. I did talk about our old Ford tractor on this video bit it didn't make the cut. "Video got to long" That old tractor has metal fenders that is all that we use for arms rests. You can tell where we put our arms. Paint is worn off and it's a little Rusty.

1st ?, do the rear wheels have tubes? All mine have tubes, loaded or not. No clue y if it does, fluid will ooze must anywhere uf not. Where all the little ribs are on the rim that the tire grips to would be a possibility maybe. I hate metric. A good wide base thermo sits on platform between feet pretty well
@TheRustyGarageandHomestead
19 күн бұрын
Hey Mr Brandon. I honestly don't know if these have tubes or not. I want to say it does not have tubes but I would be wrong. I think your right. I think where the tire beads meet the rims it's oozing. Metric is a pain. I've got tons of SAE hardware around here. I really have to search for metric when I need them. I'll check out a thermos. Good idea.

@@TheRustyGarageandHomestead luckily my GF works at a hardware store, so when I need metric for my Deere John I go see her. I meant a wide bottom thermal mug not a thermos, sorry. Maybe mount/weld a simple bracket to the rops for a holder, up on the tubing.
