never mix marijuana, and even cbd products with opiods, your saliva glands wont produce saliva for up to 3-7 hrs or until the weed wears out. Might affect the gall bladders motility.

@dantheman5693

You mean the Von Ebners gland? That gland actually is less than 5 percent saliva, is a serous gland, and is a lipase gland unlike the other glands that secret amylase.

No, the sublingual gland has about 10-12 small ducts. The ducts are small coz the sublingual gland is closest to the mouth.

Help!!!! So the Perotid glad supplies 85% of salver to your mouth for the health of your teeth. I had a tumor removed from my right perotid gland in 2003. This was 4 years after a surgeon cut into the gland not knowing what the lump was. In 2018 I had an MRI scan because of constant infections in the left perotid gland. I was told that the gland was abnormally small and might need the “pipe” (not sure of the medical name) might need to be stretched. My teeth are totally destroyed. I grind and have an overbite and need 21 crowns and 2 bridges which I am busy with now. How can I be assured that salivar production will protect the crowns? I’ve been on sertraline for 12 years for anxiety. Could this also cause problems?
