Salmon Recipe
salmon
1 tsp oregano dried
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp roasted garlic and herb seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp Italian Dressing
1 tbsp lemon juice
Air Fryer: Follow instructions according to the type of Air-fryer
Oven: 350F 17 minutes in the oven
Asparagus: Season with remaining seasoning marinade and bake for 12-15 minutes
Veggies:
oil
1 tsp butter
mushrooms sliced
garlic minced
broccoli chopped
onion powder
garlic powder
dried oregano
Italian Seasoning dried
roasted garlic and herb seasoning
spinach and arugula mixed greens
