Salmon Taco
Skinless Salmon fillet
salt and pepper to taste
Cajun seasoning
Optional- chilly flakes (pepper scent will be released in the air when seared)
1 tblsp olive oil
Cut the Salmon into strips.
Wash and dry the Salmon, then add seasonings and set aside.
Corn Tortilla
Salsa
1/4 red onion
2-3 green onions
2 firm but ripe tomatoes
1/2 cup of cilantro
2 Mangoes
1 avocado
Dice (small)these fresh ingredients and place in a bowl. combine ingredients Add salt & pepper to taste.
Sear the salmon on medium/high heat for 3min per side.
I find that cast iron gives the Salmon a good consistent texture.
Once all salmon pieces are done set them aside and heat your tortillas.
To heat my tortillas I washed and reheated my cast iron griddle.
Heat for 40 seconds per side on medium heat.
Break the salmon into bite sized pieces and start assembly. Assemble to your delight and enjoy with a squeeze of lime juice on top.
