Water 250 g
Flour 200 g
Butter 130 g
A pinch of salt
5 medium eggs
For the stuffing
Spreadable cheese 250 g
Greek yogurt 150 g
Mayonnaise to taste
Lemon peel
Pepper
1st taste: salmon, chopped pistachios and rocket
2nd flavour: cherry tomatoes, artichokes and valerian
3rd taste: baby spinach and salami
