If you were looking for recipes with chia, you will love this one! 😋 Chia is a very small seed that does a lot of good for your health! Surely you will not make this recipe just once, because it is so simple, quick and easy that it is one of those that we keep to repeat again and again!
This recipe does not include milk, eggs or butter, so just replace (or take out) the grated cheese with a vegan “grated cheese” and ready: vegan chia salted cracker! People with lactose intolerance are also grateful 😉
🌱Ingredients:
½ cup water at room temperature (warm to cold)
4 tbp chia seeds
10 tbp olive oil
5 tbp grated cheese (package or freshly grated)
1 tsp salt
1 tbp (to taste) pepper (or oregano, dried basil, cumin)
1 ½ cup all purpose flour or whole wheat (add more if needed)

It is important to soak the chia before reaching the point shown in the video. Then mix everything and knead. If, like me, you are going to divide the dough to open it, keep it covered so it doesn't dry out. When rolling out the dough, sprinkle a little flour to keep it from getting too greasy.
It yields a lot, the exact number depends on the format you make.😉
🔥Pre-heated oven 180ºC, for 12 min, or until golden brown.
