Salted fish with orange🍊
500 g red fish (1 lb + 1.8 oz)
1 tsp. sea salt (with slide)
1/2 tsp. sugar
orange
dill
white or pink pepper (optional)
20 ml vodka (0.7 oz, or brandy)
🐟Prepare the fish.
1. Cut off the skin and remove the bones.
2. Сoat the fillets with vodka.
🍊Salt the fish.
1. Grate orange zest, add sugar and salt, stir.
2. Rub the mixture on the fish.
3. Cut the orange into thin half rings and put them on clingfilm.
4. Top with fennel leaves and fish.
5. Cover the fish with the dill and orange slices on top.
6. Wrap the fish in clingfilm and place in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Lightly salted fish is ready!
