At age 31, reality TV star and This Morning presenter Sam Thompson is training smarter than ever.
Having spent most of his twenties chasing aesthetic results, the former Made in Chelsea star now has more holistic ambitions. He wants to be strong and fit, too. ‘Five years ago, I just wanted to look good - now I want to feel good,’ he tells Men’s Health.
We caught up with him at Farm Fitness gym in Essex, where he took us through a few of his go-to exercises for building his biceps, chest, legs, glutes and back - along with a quick hit of cardio.
