2 tempeh(potong kiub, digoreng)
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Bahan tumis:
Sedikit minyak
2 sudu besar bawang merah kisar
1 sudu besar bawang putih kisar
Sedikit halia kisar
2 sudu besar cili kisar
Garam secukup rasa
Sedikit air asam jawa
1 sudu besar cili sos
Sedikit air
Sedikit sos tiram vegetarian
Ikan bilis vegetarian

Cara memasak:
1.Goreng tempeh sehingga warna keperangan. Angkat dan ketepikan.
2.Sediakan kuali, masukkan minyak sedikit. Masukkan bawang merah kisar, bawang putih kisar dan halia kisar. Tumis sehingga naik bau.
3. Masukkan cili kisar, garam secukup rasa dan air asam jawa. Kacau sebati dan tumis sehingga pecah minyak.
4.Masukkan sos cili, sedikit air dan sos tiram vegetarian. Kacau sebati dan biarkan ia reneh ia kelihatan pekat.
5.Masukkan ikan bilis vegetarian dan tempeh yang telah digoreng tadi. Kacau sebati dan adjust rasa. Sedia untuk dihidang.

2 tempeh (cut into cubes, fried)
Oil for frying
Sauté ingredients:
A little oil
2 tbsp onion paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
A little ginger paste
2 tbsp chili paste
Salt to taste
A little tamarind water
1 tbsp chili sauce
A little water
A little vegetarian oyster sauce
Vegetarian anchovies

Cooking method:
1.Fry the tempeh until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2.Heat a pan, add a little oil. Sauté onion paste, garlic paste, and ginger paste until fragrant.
3.Add the chili paste, salt to taste, and tamarind water. Stir well and continue to cook until the oil separates.
4.Add the chili sauce, a little water, and vegetarian oyster sauce. Stir well and let it simmer until it thickens.
5.Add the vegetarian anchovies and the fried tempeh. Stir well and adjust the seasoning. Ready to serve.
