In this video, I am making Samke Harra in Tahini - Boneless Fish. It is a delicious Lebanese dish that I like to eat with chili and bread, you can use any fish with bone or without bones. Its easier to eat with boneless fish.
Ingredients:
- 2 kilos boneless barramundi fish
- 4 onions
- 10 garlic gloves
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 green capsicum
- 4 red chili
- 5 branches coriander leaves only
- canola oil
- 3/4 cup tahini extra
- 1cup squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cups water
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 cup pine nuts
