Sugar - 1 Tbsp (Optional)
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Ghee Or Butter Oil - 50g
Ice Cold Water - As Needed (75ML Approx.)
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Ginger - 1 Small Piece (Chopped)
Garlic - 3 Cloves (Chopped)
Onion - 1 Medium (Chopped)
Green Chillies - 2 (Chopped)
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Pepper Powder - 1 Tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Green Peas - 1/3 Cup
Potatoes - 4 Medium (Boiled)
Lime Juice - Few Drops
Kasoori Methi - 1 Tbsp
Oil To Fry
