Hi, my name is James. I have recently completed my graduation from Boston university. I currently don't have any work experience, but I'm willing to learn and work full time with your company. I am looking for a platform where I can explore myself and grow successfully within the organization. I am a good team player. I can easily get along with other team members to achieve a common organizational goal. In my free time I like listening to music, cooking and watching movies.
What was the last movie you saw and what was that movie all about?
The last movie I saw was Avengers Infinity War. It is really an awesome movie. It is a American superhero film based on the Marvel comics superhero team the Avengers. It is the sequel to 2015's Avengers Age of Ultron.
In this movie superheros like Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk, Spider-Man, Dr Strange and the rest of the Avengers unite to battle their most powerful enemy -- Thanos.
You said you like cooking too. Can you tell me how to cook noodles?
It's really simple to cook noodles. First, we need to boil water in a large pot. Water quantity must be enough for the noodles to immerse. Once water starts boiling, add noodles and seasoning in it. Let it cook for couple of minutes and then switch off the flames. Noodles are ready to serve.
What did you do yesterday?
Yesterday, I woke up at around 7 in the morning, then I got fresh and went for jogging. I came back at around 9. I spent some time reading newspaper. I then took a bath and after that I had my breakfast. At around 11, I opened my laptop and started surfing internet, like I checked my emails, job openings and other social media updates. I had my lunch at around 3 and then I took a nap for a couple of minutes. My younger brother needed some help in his homework, so I spent around an hour helping him. My mother asked me to go to market and get some vegetables, so I did what she said. I spent time watching tv and then had my dinner. I spent some more time on my laptop and then I went to bed.
What do you understand by BPO?
BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing. BPO involves delegating a piece of work to another group or to another company, usually in an overseas location. There could a be a number of reasons why a company may prefer to outsource. This includes cost-benefits or focusing on core-business activities.
What is the difference between inbound and outbound call center?
An inbound call center deals with a majority of incoming calls. It means that customers are calling you rather than the other way around. Customers will call into these types of call centers when they need assistance with a product. On the other hand outbound call center is the exact opposite of inbound call center. Rather than having a majority of your calls come in to your call center, agents in outbound call centers are, for the most part, making outgoing calls. The perfect example of this is telemarketing.
Why Do You Want to Work in a Call Center?
I would like to work in a call center because its a fast growing industry, it provides a good working environment and offers better compensations compared to other industries. Its a great entry place to join the team. I believe that working in a call center is never going to be boring as every call would be a different challenge.
Where Do You See Yourself Five Years From Now?
Hmmm...Well, I haven't really given much thought about it but I would definitely like to see myself promoted to a higher position, probably become a team leader to ensure the quality work from my team.

My strengths are that I am a quick learner, honest, puntual and a good team player.
What are your weaknesses?
Huh!! (Hmmm..) I think my biggest weakness is that I trust people easily. Also, I can't say NO if someone asks me for my help with any work. I'm learning to say NO now :)
