I have regular galaxy s9. Bought it in Dec 2018. It has 3000mah batttery. Have done lot of settings to optimize my battery usage. I keep my phone in dark mode, use FHD+ res instead of higher WQHD, put less frequently used apps to sleep(samsung provides these settings), never used always on display(although I wanted to), and even after putting apps to sleep, apps are somehow able to run in background, so for that I even manually disabled their background usage. So after doing all these I am able to get a respectable day usage(mainly youtube, web browsing, zerodha, linkedin, gmail etc). If I have to go out and use navigation I ensure that my phone should be 100% charged, time I leave house. Otherwise it would be a big problem. So, I really like the device. The display, premium build, OneUI, camera, slomo, speakers tuned by AKG, headphone jack, dolby atmos, water resistant, Knox security, no ads, no bloatware, compact form factor, edge panel etc. But just that I never wanted to dwell into the ways to optimize battery backup. I just wanted to simply use my phone out of box. In the default way or best possible way. Even today I keep an eye on apps background usage, regulary clean up unsed stuff etc So to be on safe side I might never go with a phone which is kinda tight on battery. I just can't buy company’s claims that how they have able to churn out a day or over a day usage with that 2834mah battery. You know who come out with these numbers. So, I highly feel regular s22 wold be a similar case like the s9. I am looking to upgrade my s9. S22+ seems the best for me. It will bring almost everything that I love about s9(and many more things) plus a bigger battery

I bought Samsung s20 plus in mid October 2020 and with all the updates my device was working like a charm. Recently i updated the phone as received on 22nd feb, 2022. Initially the device was working great but all of sudden straight vertical thin green line popped up in the display. Please note that my device has neither any fall/ drops (not even minor drop) nor any kind of pressure exerted on screen (like case in small pockets) and display was perfectly working fine till the green line popped up. I am completely disappointed as a premium device like this have such short life span and we have to bear this now with most of customers have the warranty expired. As per experience, it appears that life of flagship smartphone is just 1 year 3 months that too when handled with utmost care.
@विचित्रलड़का

Another one fell for the "4 year update" meme. Smartphone market is moving too fast. Expecting anything more than 2 years of life is ridiculous. Unless you are doing no serious work with your phone , you can expect 5 years of life. But If you keep important stuff in uour phone and use it extensively (business) , you should switch it every 2 year. If price is the problem , then get a upper mid range phone. If you really want a flagship , then earn more that you can replace it every 2 year.

Hi Ranjith out of several youtubers I have known, we as consumers look at you as the most honest reviewer. So would really like to hear more from you on s22+ Specially on these points: 1. Does 8 gen 1 processor in s22+ is unusable to its full potential? Scores say it doesn't, but practically is it so? Can normal user notice difference? 2. Does using camera(30 mins continuously), media consumption, browsing and daily normal usage over heats up the phone? 3. What is the average screen time you can expect out of s22+ 4500 battery? Will it last a day, considering battery hungry processor? 4. Do you see applications being throttled by samsung, to an extent that it really feels jittery ? Even the social media ones and is it noticable to a normal user? If not throttled will perform buttery smooth? 5. Is Samsung's commitment of 4year of Soft update and security patch is a marketing gimmick to increase their market share? 6. Does software updates can improve the phone performance and battery life? All these questions will definitely help consumers like us to decide whether its worthy to spend so much money on this phn, where lots of things are controlled and still restricted to use. Noticed this was a paid promotion video, so not sure, if we will get all the answers on your review video. But still hoping you cover these points 👍 Thank you 🙏🙏

I am going to buy second hand S21 ultra and 2nd hand watch 3 /4 LTE version; in price of S22 plus. Possibly best of both worlds. Currently using, note 10+ and Galaxy watch 2018 model, Bluetooth version.

The 75k pricetag seems to be unjustified and overpriced for this one. But the same on Iphones feels cheaper and good.

A very good phone... The phone to palm factor is 50%... so a comfortable hold... not too big for me. Fit's pocket well... buzzing fast phone...👍👍👍

love the size of S22, they could've used a less powerful 7xx series chip in there.

People would have bashed samsung for using that in a flagship. If they want they could do it in lite variant but that would eat up sales of A series.

The front camera is not great, we can see noise from your sample shots and from the video, If I am to choose I prefer the smaller one looks more handy. Thanks for the information

Had a very bad experience with samsung m42 5g. Exactly after 1 year and 15 days phone started to re boot repeatedly and samsung authorised service center at chennai asked me 9,500 rupees to change the mother board as the only solution. Samsung producing such a quality phone....

After using primium smartphone like Samsung and OnePlus it's clear that whatever android phone you use after 2 years all are same in terms of lagging ,battery life. On contrary have seen Happy Apple user with IPhone XR. Absolutely no downgrade in terms of bug,lag, battery life
