I have the Samsung Q70 led series, none of my noise cancelling earbuds can connect to the tv, only thing that worked was the beats pro. Tried all your steps in the video, however keep getting that 'unsuccessful" error message when i try to pair to tv

@@Notorious_viP nope, seems my tv only accepts headphones with noise cancelling, rather than earphones with noise cancelling (I've tried a few) May be due to the firmware, So use my Sony wh-1000XM5 headphones.

Hi i got a issue with a GN65QN85DAFXZA model after updating to the lastest firmware the Bluetooth devide will pair a have sound for 5 seconds and then disconnect and not connect again i tried everything on this video and still have the issue could the update have broken my TV?

It's a known issue. Look up "Almost a year ago Samsung has broken the Bluetooth"; also in the Samsung community "firmware update broke Bluetooth transmitter".

Unplugging the tv restores sound to Bluetooth earbuds but sound is lost again when switching streaming services. Unplugging each time is not a sustainable solution.

illyafton1006 Bro, If you can't find your buds on Samsung Smart TV, then follow these: * Make sure your buds have enough charge, * Ensure your earbuds are in pairing mode, * Restart both your earbuds and the TV, and then try connecting again.☺️
