I had the same issue, the problem was with with the braker in the main panel. One side of the 30 amps double braker wasn't working. I had to replace it and that fixed the problem.

I have power inside of my dryer would this still be a problem with the breaker ?

The same thing happened to my dryer and I have the same one. I called the 1-800 number for Samsung and they charged me upfront $150., scheduled an appointment for technician to come. 2 days before the appointment they cancelled saying that they do not have the parts to replace in that dryer. That it was discontinued. I had a hard time getting my money back. They require lots of documents and pictures before reimbursing my $150. PLEASE DON’T PAY UPFRONT. I had to take the issue higher in order to get my money back. BE CAREFUL!!

First you need a multimeter test the power outlet you getting power next step take off the whole front panel three things you want to do is the thermal fuse and thermosister the belt safety switch right at the motor put your meter on continuity

I the same problem with mine not turning on at all. I have checked the thermal fuse and the other sensor switch on the heater they are good I took the control panel off and not sure what to test but I did plug it into the power and I got a a strong smell of like a burnt component coming from it before I tested anything so I can take it from that the control panel is fried

@@MTBTexasBikeRider hey curious if you found the issue was it the bad outlet or was it something else?

Yes I had it fixed today it was my breaker in my box it was a double 30 amp breaker ! I don’t know how I missed that I replaced my outlet and tested it it showed to be good I was very puzzled about it how it was the breaker and it never tripped 🤔

I have the same problem with my dv50k7500e dryer. I replaced the control board and control panel as well as the thermal fuse. We have a temporary dryer plugged in and working fine, so it can't be the outlet or breaker? Anyone have ideas?

I’m having the same issue with mine but I checked the outlet with a power tester n it has power . Could it be something with the dryer itself ?

Check the breaker in your breaker box!

@@MTBTexasBikeRider I currently have the same issue of no display on my Dryer Model # DV48H7400EP and have gone through all the steps you took in checking for power and I am to the point of the control board but as you stated that did not work for you and I also have a Double 30 Breaker that has not tripped. Was that the fix for yours?
