In just 10 minutes daily, you can increase mental focus, emotional calm, and optimize your brain by increasing oxygen absorption. This is done through carbon dioxide desensitization, as popularized and taught currently by Buteyko Breathing, Oxygen Advantage, and the book Breath by James Nestor.
