Hey folks, we love that you're enjoying and sharing this fabulous concert. And we're grateful for the donation no matter the amount. The Sanfilippo Foundation will continue to host and post these types of concerts if the donations keep coming in. Our independent musicians need support during these tough times, as do many charities, including those, like ours, who assist other charities. We thank you much. Share away, as we'll leave this one up for awhile.

16:20 This Is Halloween has always been one of my favourite pieces of music ever since I was a kid. Hearing it on this organ with all the different voices, dynamics, tones, is absolutely thrilling and exciting. It's wonderfully arranged. Thanks for this.

MJ, we have other concert and demonstration videos of solo Wurlitzer organ, but we do like to mix it up now and then. The use of tracks by two of our organists in this Halloween video is something younger organists are doing and we wanted to highlight this. Each of those organists performed and captured those tracks on other instruments to incorporate into their playing. When I asked the organists about it their reply was (paraphrased), “At some point you run out of hands and feet, and using self-created tracks as accompaniment allows you to do a little more.” We feel privileged to have access into this artistic vision,. For many, the result is , Wow! Glad you gave it a listen. Thanks

Such talented musicians...on such a wonderful instrument. I remember my uncle taking me to listen to this organ when I was much younger. I always enjoy hearing the voicing differences between our organ, and others like the Sanfilippo. Such a treat.

The organs, if you really listen, are as different as the organists, if you really listen, who play them. One of the things that makes my job great is how I learned from Jasper to appreciate how the individual organists worked to get their individual sounds from the possibilities Jasper built into the Wurlitzer. Glad you enjoyed the concert.

About 400 watched the premiere, and since we are leaving the video up for awhile, sharing it will increase those numbers dramatically (over 1500 views in half a day so far). We hope it goes Viral, and more people learn how great theater organ music can be. Not to mention these Artists deserve the recognition for putting together such a fun and interesting performance. Thanks for joining us from the other side of the planet.

Kudos to all 3 performers. Noticed the upright piano on stage seems to have an unusually long cabinet or unusually short keyboard. A comment please?

Bob Goodwin, the upright instrument to the right of the organ is a very rare Deagan Vibraharp. It can be played like a piano from its keyboard, but also from the organ console (as can the Knabe Concert Grand Piano).

As the organists played some copyrighted pieces, KZitem will sometimes throw in a commercial to help pay residuals for the songwriter(s). A minor inconvenience for hearing more modern pieces not in the public domain.

Whatever Theatre-Organ-Concert is presented on KZitem: There is too much talking before and between the music-pieces. Are Theatre-Organ-Listeners too simple to understand this magnificient instrument? Take any concert on any other instrument: There is music, just music, no one to explain the instrument or the concert. Please let talk the instrument for itself, if any commentary is necessary, it can be made in written form under the name of the one who presents the concert.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Many of our viewers (and in-person event guests over the years) have never experienced a theater organ before, nor visited the magnificent private venue of the Sanfilippo family home. They aren't simple people as you suggest, but new to the Theater Organ World, like you were one day. We feel we owe them some details about not only the Wurlitzer theater organ, but about the private family who opens their personal home for folks to experience all it has to offer. As you can probably imagine, it takes spectacular amounts of money to maintain this World class organ, and the collection, which the family funds much of out of the goodness of their hearts. The Sanfilippo Foundation was set up to showcase the organ and collection and we concentrate on attracting new people to view the Collection, thereby maintaining and growing interest in theater organ and Collection. We appreciate you are a seasoned organ veteran and just want to hear the music. There's plenty of it in our videos, and one can always skip ahead past the information parts. Without new audiences these magnificent instruments would die out when the older audience members pass on, as many have over the years.

@@gregoryleifel1121 Thank you, Gregory Leifel, for your kind and explaining words. I do fully agree with you and can now better understand the meaning of the commentaries. I did not think it over properly and I appologise for my comment. As you suppose correctly: I am an old (73 years old) veteran of the Theatre Organ and I love listening to them. So I am a bit impatient sometimes, because I long for the melodies... Thank again and best wishes for Christmas and New Year. Take care and stay healthy! Edgar from Switzerland (Interlaken)

@@MrEdgaralain thank you for taking my comments in the positive spirit I intended them. Our Christmas Concert has much less talking/explaining in it than our Halloween one had. Our Christmas Concert is a private link and can be obtained with a $20 donation on through our website: http"//www.SanfilippoFoundation.org
