Enjoy the slow and village life at Sangti Valley, Arunachal Pradesh.
We started our journey from Dibrugarh to Gohpur at 5.30pm and reached gohpur at 10.30pm. Stayed at my sisters place.
Next Day we started our journey from Gohpur to Sangti valley at 8.30 am and enjoy the beautiful roadtrip, click photos videos in between. Enjoy Momo and maggi at Sessa ( a Nepali hotel) in a roadside.
Reached Sangti Valley at 4pm.

Atta Milk Cake recipe:
Ingredients:
Curd: 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar: 1/2 cup
Oil / butter: 1/2 cup
Powder milk: 1/3 cup
Mixed all together.
2 elaichi powder
Mix elaichi powder in the batter and rest it for 10 to 15min
After 15min add milkmaid: 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 pinch
Mix mix mix
Now add,
Atta: 1 cup + 1/2 cup
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon
If the batter becomes too thick, add milk.
Bake in 180 degree for 35 to 40min in a preheated oven.
