Ingredients:
Milk / દૂધ - 1 liter
Rice / ભાત - 2 tablespoons
Sugar / ખાંડ - 6 tablespoons (or as per taste)
Cardamom Powder / એલચી પાવડર - 1 teaspoon
Saffron / કેસર - 1 pinch (soaked in warm milk)
Chopped Almonds / કાપેલા બદામ - 2 tablespoons
Chopped Cashews / કાપેલા કાજુ - 2 tablespoons
Charodi / ચરોડી - 1 tablespoon
Cloves / લવંગ - 4
Cardamom / એલચી - 4-5
Nutmeg / જાયફળ - 1 (grated)
Ghee / ઘી - 1 tablespoon
Nutmeg Powder / જાયફળ પાવડર - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Water / પાણી - 1/4 cup (for the pressure cooker)
