I didn't know that Linda Hamilton had so much input into that character, I love the fact that she said she wanted Sarah Connor to be strong, but not take away her femininity. She is truly a woman who guides her own career.

@claysmell
4 жыл бұрын
@Fino Menezes The script and delivery is clearly burly (not bully). The script is written as "burly-beef". My guess is that it has to do with portion size. The statue in front is a fat guy with a huge burger, and the name of the place is Big Jeff's. Since it's clearly some type of burger joint, the burly-beef platter is probably the biggest platter they have. The meat is likely sirloin steak. I doubt it's corned beef, that would be too sophisticated for this place which looks like a rip off of the Bob's Big Boy chain.

@walk hard The movie bombed partially because the last 3 movies weren't well received and the general public doesn't care about another Terminator. They blew it by having a massive budget. They could have made a good movie with a 70-100 million dollar budget. Yeah the John Connor death was too bad and this movie's biggest weakness. Loved Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor though. She is forced into a life as the savior of humanity against her will, but also one with zero respect. A fugitive from the law despite literally saving the world. Hated by authorities even as she continues to fight for humanity.

I would be proud to show my daughter what a female heroin is with a movie like Terminator. Sarah Connor is the hero of the Terminator franchise and Linda Hamilton is a Legend for it. Todays cinema puts men down to lift the female leads up. It's a sad message. You can put a female lead in a bunch of strong male characters and she can stand out and be a great leader. That would be the right message to a child for me.

She was absolutely iconic and the movie was indeed “sacred”. Which is why people dislike the new movie so much. The newest iteration is worse than all the other sequels after judgement day. Translating elderly people into their former roles seems cool but to say it’s easier for male characters is a lie. You simply need to embody the significance of the original character, not desecrate it.
