Sarah Morris worked as a nanny, but when she wanted to get out of the house, she headed to the local gym, where she discovered her passion for fitness. Sarah enjoyed her CrossFit training, and a healthy lifestyle became her number one priority. She decided to take full control of her physique transformation, so she turned to bodybuilding, and she has never looked back since. With the help of her coach, she follows a strict diet and a set routine as she prepares for competitions.
