ingredients:-
3 litters Milk
1 tsp curd
1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
Follow these steps make Malai Butter And Ghee at Home:-
1. Heat milk 12 minutes.
2. Rest milk 2-3 hours and proper cold
3. keep the milk in the fridge overnight
4. remove malai
5. 10 to 15 days to collect malai
6.then heat the malai
7.then put curd in the malai
8.Leave it in a warm place for 10 to 12 hours
9.After that grind it in a blender or Mixers with cold water
10. Seprate the butter
11 heat butter make ghee 25-30 minutes.
