Sarson leaves : 2 bunch
Palak : 1/4 of sarson
You may add methi as well
Mustard oil : 2 tbsp
Cumin : 1 tsp
Ginger : 2 inch approx
Garlic : 2-3 big cloves
Green chillies: 3
Red chilli : 3
Potato : 1
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Turmeric : 1 tsp
Cook it for 4-5 whistles on low flame
And mash it to a paste
For tempering
Ghee : 2 tbsp
Cumin : 1 tsp
Hing : 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli : 2
Butter / Makhhan : as much as you want
