Energy boost sweet , healthy and protein rich Sattu laddu
Ingredients:
To roast fry fruits and nuts ;
1 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp almonds chopped
2 tbsp cashews chopped
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp golden raisins
2 tbsp black raisin
Recipe :
In a frying pan add ghee and all the dry fruits and nuts and roast them at low flame until crunch and golden and den keep them aside
Ingredients
Roasted kala Chana 1 cup ( fine powdered )
One cup ghee
1 cup wheat flour
Fine rava ( semolina) 2. Tbsp
1 cup sattu powder
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
1 cup jaggery powder
Recipe :
In a pan add ghee keep the flame low and add wheat flour roast it till it is well combined but you need to keep roasting until it is aromatic and also changes the color to golden brown .
At this step add 1 tbsp ghee and fine rava sattu powder and powdered kala chana again you have to roast it at low flame keep doing that until it is well combined and also the mixture changes its colour and releases ghee
Now at this point switch off the flame and let it cook slightly but you also have to keep mixing , when the mixture is lukewarm add fried nuts and dry fruits and cardamom powder , mix well until it is combined, add jaggery powder and again mix it until the powder is dissolved and melt now what you need to do is crumble all the mixture and that’s all with this mixture make ladoo and enjoy healthy and yummy laddus ❤️
