Hello Ladies and Gents,
We have been practising this routine from more than one year and finally decided to share with the world. Our summer and winter routine are slightly different.
Here's what you will watch in this video -
1. Running to the Mt. Royal Chalet from downtown. Total 8k Run, 200m elevation.
2. On the top, we push ourselves and do Sally up push-up challenge twice.
3. Later, practise 5min mindfulness
4. Followed by Gratitude and things looking forward to.
5. Run back and swim a few laps.
