I love "saving" a video or two of yours for a weekend, when I'm home alone and can have a lazy Saturday, just chilling in bed with my coffee watching it. And it always goes the same route - after 15-20 minutes I get ashamed of myself and go do my morning routine. Then I see what mess I made in the bathroom, I start cleaning it and after that it just keeps on going. Just finally finished the video, though already only by listening to it, as my bed sheets are in the washer and I'm crawling under the bed, picking up "what the cat and the dog dragged in", and my pork roast is already nearly done in the oven, lol. Impossible to have a lazy Saturday with you, guys.

I am using castor oil. I am post menopausal, and it really helps dry skin. It works better than vaseline and cerave healing ointment which i have also tried. Perhaps this is a sugar pill, but I don't care. If it works it works and I don't see any bad side effects. It's cheap too. It also got rid of my red irritated eyes. I don't stick it in my eyes, i just put this on my face and including over my eyelids and eyelashes.

I use ExfoliKate for flaky lips before lipstick. Surprisingly my lips slowly became better hydrated. Need it less and less often. Idk if it helps products sink in as result of the reduction of the dead, or tbat glycolic acid is a humectant.. but ut works! 🤷♀️

Regarding Retinol and hair loss. After completing 9 month course of treatment with isotretinoin, my hair was very full and thick and longer than it was before the treatment. Unfortunately, I colored it after the treatment and damaged my hair, but when I look back at my pictures, I was truly impressed with how beautiful it was before I colored it.

IPL is awesome on my rosacea BUT I’m very freckled so I have to IPL my freckles off and then do the IPL for redness. Felt so much better and received so many complements on my skin. Barrier is cost… for me it’s double to get both treatments and I have to get it done at least annually BUT it works.

P.S. as a pharmacy tech, can state that Tretinoin (any strength) not OTC, pricey most insurers require a P.A> (prior authorisation) which was not always the case. Less irritation by using graduated dosing. start slow (ask your pharmacist) or prescriber. Never use when or if you may become pregnant. x

I wish I had not missed this. I have been dying to ask you guys about sponge spicyles in skincare. Its something that I havent been able to find any real information one - Does it really help, is it a gimmick that does nothing, do the spicules get lodged in your skin and cause problems years down the road? I searched through your videos back to 2002 and could find anything on them. If you have a video on them I would love to know what it is called and when it was posted because my curiousity about these is on another level.

Can you actually name each product properly next time like write the name of each product down in the corner of the video and the also name each one in the description as well please, as it will help so much and will mean one won't have to keep rewinding the video to hear what each product is called each time so we can then memorise it to type it in on Google to find it, lol.
