⭐️CRISPY CABBAGE in marinade recipe 1
Ingredients:
* cabbage - 1 kg (1 fork)
* carrots - 170 gr (1 piece)
* bulgarian pepper - 200 gr (1-2 pcs)
For the marinade:
* water (boiling water) - 500 ml
* sugar - 50 g (2 tbsp. l. with a slide)
* rock salt - 15 gr (1 tbsp. l. without a slide)
* 6% apple cider vinegar - 30 ml
* refined sunflower oil - 70 ml
Output: 1.5 liters + per sample
⏰ Pickling time: 2 hours
Delicious Sauerkraut WITHOUT VINEGAR recipe 2
Ingredients: (per 3-liter jar)
* cabbage - 2 kg
* carrots - 150-170 gr (1 piece)
* boiled cooled water - 1 liter
* rock salt - 40 gr (2 tbsp. l. with a small slide)
Output: 1 3-liter jar
⏰ Fermentation time: 3-4 days
Sauerkraut for winter in ITS OWN JUICE recipe 3
Ingredients (based on 1 kg of cabbage):
* white cabbage - 1 kg
* rock salt without additives - 25 gr (1 tbsp. l with a slide)
* carrots - 150-180 gr (1 piece)
* black pepper peas - 4-5 pcs
* bay leaf - 2 pieces
Output: from 4 kg of cabbage + 600 g of carrots, 2 cans of 2 liters each turned out
⏰ Fermentation time: 3-4 days
