Sausage croissant that can be made without fermentation. It can be made with any other filling!
Ingredients for sausage croissants for 10 small or 5-6 medium croissants:
20 dkg of fine flour + 3-4 dkg as needed
1 heaped teaspoon of salt
1 dkg of fresh yeast
1 dl lukewarm milk
half tsp. granulated sugar
25 ml cooking oil
1 dkg of melted tea butter
10 dkg Trappist cheese
1 packet of sausages in 4 pieces
Baking: in a preheated oven at 200 degrees with bottom-top baking for approx. 20 minutes
