Bravo Savina, Abris, Beautiful voice and singing with full emotion; I wonder if Savina would sing Sari Gelin, Her tone perfect for Armenian songs. In old days some Armenian men in Anatolia used to travel city to city to work . There is always a possibility her men may not show up while she is waiting. Savina with her perfect tone is able to demonstrate the pain and sorrow of Armenian women' feeling on waiting and not knowing when/if her husband will return. Thank you and God bless you.

Καλή διασκευή, μπράβο Σαβίνα! Hey, Turkish and Armenian brothers. We Greeks, also live in nearly the same Μediterranean neighbourhoods, so we have to be friends ! Bury the past, and look to the future of our symbiosis. We have more common than what seperates us. So, greetings from Greece-Hellas-Yunanistan (I like all these terms, all of them are Ancient Greek tribes : grecians(γραικοί), hellenes and yones(ίωνες))

Savina Yannatou, you are outstanding! This song is very special to me and I have made an arrangement for solo guitar. You have a great voice and you touch my heart - which is what music should be - and, supremely, what folk music, the music of the people, should be. The musicians who accompany you, like you, have come down from heaven - please, stay a long time! Your voice, your performance - all of you, though - took me and left me there, in bliss, this evening. Thank you. Gilbert Biberian.

Without Greeks & Armenians there is no soul in in our ancient lands where our Churches lay in ruins, and the bones of ancesors scattered everywhere This is the song of Western Armenia, this is our soul Anatolia will never be the same without Greeks, Armenians & Assyrians

@vanS808

Must Chet Hear about what? Oh you mean the fact after taking back our occuppied lands and saved our churches from destruction? Or do you mean that not a single Armenian was left alive in Nakhachivan once it was handed to them? Or the 10,000 stone Crosses that were taped being bulldozed by aliyevs government? which btw were listed by UNESCO as Armenian heriatge I will say a lot more to an azerbaijani, beacuse I speak only with credible facts, and as usual most azeris and turks well , they do what they do... If you are trying to imply that we did the same to the azeris in Karabagh, then let me ask a very simple question: Why did Azeri Muslims who according to their own sources convert to islam in 750AD build their first mosque in Karabagh in 1760AD or 1000 years later? While Armenians have Churches there dated at 400AD? Greeks Armenians Assyrians were exterminated in Anatolia, over 3M were killed and our lands, proiperties confiscated, so take you SHIT away from here you fool and for once when you speak your mouth try to not the shit out

Bravo Savina, super talent - very spiritual voice - singing from heart, I wonder how she has learned this song to sing with a perfection. I love Greek singers when they sing Armenian folk songs, like Eleftheria Arvanitaki - Dynata Dynata and Μένω Εκτός Savina, keep singing Armenian folk songs as they have sadness with spiritual serenity in them like sound of duduk.

p.s. Our culture may seem close to some turkish folklores, as many Turkified Armenians who even don't know that they have much more Armenian blood rather then Central Asian (Ural-Altayic) and that they have kept the elements of their old culture: music!

Our problem is that you live in old Armenian land Kars which was cleaned from us-Armenians, where our church has become a mosque, when we look from this side of border how our old Capital Ani gets ruined and we can't do anything, as I saw my grandfather crying for his killed parents. As you occupy Northern Cyprus while you isolate Armenia because we want to protect our Karabakh from the destiny of Western Armenia!
Turkey and Armenia have same cultur, but different mind..What a pity that we are still living vwith history... Greetings from old armenian land..city of KARS...
