Uncle Albert is an old-timer who keeps Singapore's hawker culture alive with dishes like fried intestines, fried fish roe and beef kway teow.
But when Singapore imposed "circuit breaker" measures to contain the spread of COVID-19, he nearly went out of business, with daily sales dipping from S$1,000 to less than S$100.
Things started to look up when his children stepped in to take his old-school stall online - but it came with a whole new set of challenges.
[Note that Uncle Albert isn't taking online orders at the moment, but you can visit his stall at Blk 21 Old Airport Road. It's open from 5pm onwards every day.]
