Today, I'm thrilled to share a dessert that wonderfully captures the richness of global flavors: Coconut Corn Creme Brûlée.
In our culinary journey, we embrace the chance to appreciate and learn from various cultural influences. This dessert, a blend of coconut and corn, offers a delightful taste of the diverse and vibrant world of cuisine.
Coconut Corn Creme Brûlée
2 cups of coconut milk (thick coconut milk not the one you eat with cereal)
3/4 cup of sugar
2 cups of fresh corn
6 egg yolks
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
1 vanilla bean
How to prepare:
Add the corn, coconut milk, and sugar into the blender. Blend for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain into a bowl and add the egg yolks and heavy cream. Mix well. Strain it one more time and add the vanilla bean. Mix well. Pour into individual ramekins and bake in bath water for 45 minutes to an hour at 350°F

2 xícaras de chá de leite de coco (leite de coco
3/4 xícara de chá de açúcar
2 xícaras de chá de milho fresco
6 gemas de ovo
2 xícaras de chá de creme de leite fresco
1 fava de baunilha
Como preparar:
Adicione o milho, o leite de coco e o açúcar no liquidificador. Bata por 2 a 3 minutos. Coe em uma tigela e acrescente as gemas e o creme de leite. Misture bem, e coe mais uma vez e acrescente a fava de baunilha. Misture bem. Despeje em ramequins individuais e leve ao forno em banho-maria por 45 minutos a uma hora a 180°C
