Good video Dave, that blade didn't go thru the desetter.

Good job Dave. Most of the siding on our sawmill shed has that one tooth out of whack look...oh well it's just a sawmill shed.

We really need to pull those yellow birch logs out of the log pile and mill'em up. Nice stuff!

Thanks Andy. I don't believe that I've ever milled Golden Birch where it wasn't almost knot free and had fantastic grain.

too bad about the bent tooth, we need a tool to be able to quickly locate that tooth and fix it. Happens too often that a single tooth gets bent in shipping or handling the blade. Beautiful boards!

Wood-Mizer has a single tooth setter tool that would do the job...................AFTER you found the one tooth out of 195. I'll bet it wouldn't take as long as one would expect. Maybe I'll try it some day.

That's some nice lumber. Too bad about that tooth. I know it'll plane out fine though. What is it going to be used for?

I know it will be planed out but it still hurts to see it. I don't know what Matt will do with the lumber; guessing he'll sell it online.

Sucks that that tooth is not like it should be. It will take a bit more work to make it smoother

It's not a big deal but it's just disappointing to see.

The entire blade will be taken care of when it gets sharpened.
